In Microsoft® Outlook®, you can: Schedule Ready-Present meetings directly from Outlook. Your meeting will be simultaneously scheduled in Outlook and with the Ready-Present service. Send mail invites to others to join an instant meeting. Launch the Organize Meeting page to view and manage all of your scheduled meetings. Set up default preference information including text for your email invitations.
